The planimetric organization of the ground floor has in view the definition of the main functions based on the relation public space – private space.
The living area is set back from the main traffic arteries, being surrounded by private gardens, while the service area is in direct connection with the public space. The 2 functions are united by Lobby, a monumental space by size (plan and double height) that has the function of a buffer zone between public and private.
Regarding the service area, it is composed of spaces for fitness and the Spa area, relaxation. The fitness areas are well defined, comprising a multitude of gyms: aerobics, yoga, fitness (apparatus) and squash, while the spa areas are characterized by the curved line, the distinct functions intersecting (swimming pool, sauna, kniepp therapeutic pools, massage area, relaxation etc).
